do I order a sink? |
|
Make a note
of the design name you are interested in and complete
the information on the Order
Page of the web site. We will contact you by
e-mail to confirm the details of your order. We
obtain the fixture for you, put the decoration on
it and ship it to your location. |

How
do I order a sample tile? |
|
If you would
like to order a sample tile, click on the link at
the bottom of the individual design pages or click
here, Order Sample Tile.
We normally use 4 1/4" square tiles and send
them by US 2-3 day Mail. |

How
long does it take to get my order? |
|
We generally
have orders ready to ship within 4-6 weeks depending
on the complexity of your design and fixture availability.
Each one of our sinks is a work of art and we need
enough time to create one. |

How
do I pay for my order? |
|
We require
full payment before we will start producing your
order. Once the details are confirmed, we will send
an invoice by email which can be paid by check or
securely by credit card on the PayPal web site.
You do not need to be a member to process your transaction.

is your return policy? |
|
All of our
products are 100% money-back guaranteed. If you
are not completely satisfied, they can be returned
for a full refund, including US shipping. International
shipping charges are not refundable. |

How
long does shipping take? |
|
We are located
in Las Vegas, Nevada. We ship mainly by UPS Ground
insured in the US. Delivery time is normally 5 days
to the east coast and 1-2 to the west coast. International
shipments are currently by Fedex International Economy
which takes about a week to most destinations. |

How
are sinks packed for shipping? |
|
Sinks and
accessories are double-boxed, with additional protection
between outer and inner boxes to ensure safe transportation. |
|

Do you
ship Internationally? |
|
Sinks, toilets
and accessories can be shipped worldwide. We normally
use Fedex International Economy. International shipping
rates range from $250 - $600 for one sink depending
on the destination, size and weight of the shipment. |

Will
the pattern ever fade or wear away? |
|
Our designs
are kiln-fired to temperatures in excess of 1500°
Fahrenheit. The design is permanent and is on for
the life of the fixture, it will not fade wear off
or fade away with proper care. |

Are
your sinks hand-painted? |
|
We use a
combination of ceramic decals with some hand-painted
embellishment. Ceramic decals are made from finely
ground glass and are more durable than hand-painted
pigments. They are the same kind of decals used
on mugs, plates and china. Our fixtures are kiln-fired
to temperatures in excess of 1500° Fahrenheit.

What
kind of fixtures do you use? |
|
We use only
first quality vitreous china sinks and toilets.
Vitreous china is a hard, non-porous surface with
a glossy finish that is impervious to water absorption,
most sinks and toilets are made of it. Vitreous
China is fired longer and at a high temperature
than regular ceramic or fireclay fixtures. This
makes them more durable and less likely to crack
or chip over time. |

Do your
fixtures require any special care? |
|
Keeping
your fixtures clean and dry will keep them looking
new for many years. We recommend regular cleaning
with a soft cloth (not paper towel) and ammonia-free
dishwashing liquid or non-abrasive spar or foam
bathroom cleaners. Fixtures should not be cleaned
with harsh chemicals, bleach or abrasives as this
will damage the glaze over time. If your fixture
has gold on it, use only ammonia dishwashing liquid
and take extra care. |

What
if I want a specific manufacturer's model of sink
or a different style of sink than is shown? |
|
If you don't
see the kind of fixture you are looking for on the
Fixture Info page of our
web site, e-mail us the manufacturer make &
model and the design you are interested in and we
will send you a price and your options for decorating.
Most of our designs can be adapted to many styles
of fixture but can be subject to an additional charge. |

How
do I know what faucet center size to order? |
|
Most pedestal
and drop-in sinks come with a choice of 4",
8" or single hole faucet centers. To determine
what size you require, measure the distance between
the two outer faucet holes, do not include the center
hole in your calculations. Most 4" faucets
are one piece, the 8" sets are 3 separate pieces.

Can
I order a toilet to match my sink? |
|
We can create
matching toilets to co-ordinate with most of our
designs. We can decorate on unlined tanks and lids
of most 2 pc. toilets and some round bowls (not
elongated). We can assist you in ordering the base
from one of our suppliers or your local home store.
Smaller one piece toilets are a possibility, contact
us for details. |

What
additional pieces are available? |
|
Toilets,
and a full line of accessories, including tiles,
towel bars, soap dishes, toilet tissue dispensers,
waste baskets etc. are available for every pattern.

Can
you decorate on the sink from a vanity unit? |
|
We recommend
purchasing a slightly larger basin and cutting a
new hole in the top of the vanity. This is less
expensive, easier and provides optimum results. |

Can
a used or vintage fixture be decorated? |
|
Used or
antique fixtures cannot be decorated. |

designs can be modified with more or less of the
design or adapted to fit on a different sink. Contact

the sink I order be exactly the same as the photo? |
|
All of our
sinks are made by hand and some variation in design
is possible, especially if you are using a different
fixture. |

the colors on the web site an exact match? |
|
Due to the
differences in monitors, the colors on our web site
are not completely accurate. Please order
a sample tile if you would like an exact match
before proceeding. |
