Once we receive your request, we will confirm the details for your tile and send you an invoice by e-mail which can be paid by check or by credit card via PayPal. Sample Tiles normally take 3-4 days + shipping time.

Please note: We accept checks (in US funds), credit cards and PayPal. Once your order is confirmed, we will send an invoice by e-mail which can be paid by check or securely by credit card on the PayPal web site. Because each order is hand-decorated to suit your specific criteria, we require full payment when the order is placed. All fixtures are guaranteed, if you are not completely satisfied they can be returned for a full refund. Sample tiles are non-refundable.
If you are shipping internationally, we will contact you with additional shipping charges for your sample tile.
